This Privacy Policy explains how DigitalLofts Agency ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Whodunit (the "App"), available at whodunit.digitallofts.com. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

Information you provide. When you create an account or use the App, we may collect information such as your name, email address, username, and any content or preferences you submit while playing or using features of the App.
Information collected automatically. We and our service providers automatically collect technical and usage data such as your IP address, browser type, device and operating system information, the pages and features you use, game activity, and the dates and times of your visits. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

- To provide, operate, and maintain the App and your account.
- To save your progress, preferences, and game activity.

8. Children's Privacy
Whodunit is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

The App may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may be communicated within the App or by other means.
